Information we collect

When you request an appointment or use the AI consultant, we may receive your name, contact details, business activity, needs, indicative budget, timeline and optional message.

Technical and audience-measurement data may be collected only after you agree to analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your request, prepare an initial project scope, verify a time slot, protect our forms and improve the site's journeys.

Services we use

The site relies on Vercel for hosting and, after consent, Analytics and Speed Insights; on Supabase for selected data; on Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the AI consultant's project briefs; and on Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics for audience measurement. Contact details requested after brief generation are not sent to the AI model. Conversations may continue by email or WhatsApp.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed to follow up the request and meet legitimate administrative needs, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer useful.

We apply reasonable technical measures to limit unauthorised access, although no Internet service can guarantee zero risk.

Your choices

You can refuse audience measurement without losing access to the site and change your choice through “Manage cookies” in the footer.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us.
